Shipping & Returns Policy

Welcome to The Neon Tee! We're so glad you're here. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping, delivery, and returns for your order.

Order Processing Times

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. While our standard processing window is 10 to 14 business days, most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow additional time during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. International shipping and local pickups are not available at this time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping zip code.
• We do not offer flat-rate shipping. This helps ensure you're paying only for what it costs to get your package to you.
• Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout to avoid any delays or returns.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
• Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
• This allows you to monitor your order every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

• We want you to absolutely love your tee!
• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at theneontee@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
• We currently do not accept exchanges or order edits, so please double-check sizing, color, and shipping info before submitting your order. This does not apply if a refund has been accepted.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• If your order is marked “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please contact your local post office for assistance.
• Once a package has left our facility, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.

Potential Delivery Delays

• Delays can occur due to postal issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• While we’ll always ship promptly on our end, we can’t guarantee transit times once the carrier has your package.
